At Felix Psychology, my goal is to create a space where every person feels safe, understood, and accepted exactly as they are. I work from the understanding that people thrive when they feel seen and valued in all aspects of their identity — cognitive, emotional, cultural, and relational. Therapy here is collaborative, person-centred, and grounded in the belief that healing happens through connection and understanding, not judgement, analysis, or through a clinical experience.
My practice is built on a foundation of inclusion, respect, and authenticity.
Therapy is most effective when it addresses the whole person. My approach integrates evidence-based practice, including psychological assessments, with a deep respect for each client’s lived experience and ways of being in the world.
My work at Felix Psychology is guided by a relational and attachment-based approach, grounded in the understanding that healing occurs through connection, trust, and attunement. I see the therapeutic relationship as both the foundation and the vehicle for change — a space where insight, safety, and self-compassion can develop over time.
While the relationship is central, my approach is also informed by evidence-based psychological interventions that support meaningful growth and wellbeing, including psychological assessments. These interventions encompass Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Schema Therapy, and Focal Psychodynamic Therapy (FPT). Each of these approaches offers valuable tools and perspectives, but they are never applied in a rigid or one-size-fits-all way. Instead, I integrate them within a trauma-informed care framework that is attachment-aware, neurodiversity-informed, and inclusive — one that respects each client’s individual story, strengths, and ways of relating to the world.
I also draw upon relational and emotionally focused frameworks when working with couples, integrating models such as Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT) and Gottman Method principles to help partners foster connection, understanding, and resilience.
What ultimately shapes my work is a belief that people heal best when they are met with empathy, authenticity, and respect.
At Felix Psychology, the therapeutic space has been thoughtfully designed to create an environment that feels welcoming, safe, and calm. From the moment you arrive, the atmosphere invites you to slow down and settle in—a place where you can take a breath and feel at ease. Every detail, from the natural light to the soft textures and quiet surroundings, has been chosen to support a sense of grounding and emotional safety, helping clients feel comfortable to explore and reflect.
Felix Psychology is intentionally boutique, offering a personalised and client-focused experience that values depth and authenticity over scale. The space is private and contained, allowing us to maintain a warm, human atmosphere that slows down the busyness of everyday life. Each element of the office has been designed to reflect our values—intentional, calm, and deeply connected to the therapeutic process.
At Felix Psychology, your experience is never rushed or standardised; it’s a tailored, thoughtful process that centres on you and your unique journey.
Human experience is beautifully varied. I honour the richness of cultural, neurological, gender, and relational diversity, recognising that each person brings their own wisdom, resilience, and ways of being in the world.
No two people are alike — and neither is their therapy. I value individuality, curiosity, and the many pathways people take toward growth and healing.
Therapy is built on understanding, not judgement. I aim to meet every person with warmth, patience, and kindness, creating space for genuine connection and care.
Healing occurs within real, honest relationships. I bring my authentic self to sessions and invite clients to do the same, understanding that vulnerability and honesty are foundational for meaningful change.
Safety is the foundation of all therapeutic work, especially in neurodiversity informed therapy. Sessions are conducted in a space that fosters emotional, sensory, and psychological security, enabling clients to explore their thoughts and feelings freely and at their own pace.
At the heart of therapy is our shared humanity. I believe that growth comes from connection — the recognition that while our experiences may differ, our need for understanding, belonging, and compassion is universal.

Felix Psychology practices on Cabrogal land. We acknowledge that sovereignty was never ceded. We pay respect to Elders both past and present.
